We cooperate with several couriers. Your courier will be chosen based on the delivery address indicated in the checkout page.how much is shipping?
Shipping cost may vary.Before proceeding with the payment, the shipping price will be automatically updated based on the country and post code indicated.
Shipping costs are divided into 5 areas as follows:
Europe 1 – Shipping cost 7,90 €. Free shipping for orders over 100 €:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.
Europe 2 – Shipping cost 10,60 €. Free shipping for orders over 120 €:
Ireland, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Europe 3 – Shipping cost 14,60 €. Free shipping for orders over 150 €:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Romania, Sweden, United Kingdom.
Europe 4 – Shipping cost 19,90 €. Free shipping for orders over 200 €:
Albania, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Serbia.
Europe 5 – Shipping cost 34 €. Free shipping for orders over 300 €:
Switzerland.
How long will the order take to arrive?
Delivery time vary according to the address indicated during the checkout.Shipping time in Europe is between 2 and 10 days from the moment the order is processed.
Consider that times can be extended if the package has to be sent to remote areas or islands.
We always try to deliver the products as soon as possible, unfortunately HILO is not responsible for delays due to couriers or in case the packages are stopped for customs checks.
What happens if I am not at home when my package arrives?
It may happen that you are not at home / office at the time of delivery. In this case the courier will leave a notification sheet and try again. If the delivery is not successful more than twice, it is possible that the package will be brought to the courier’s shipping center or returned to the sender.Based on the company policies, some carriers may contact you in advance or even arrange the best day for delivery with you.
