How to Use LELO Beads™

Step 1 – Prep

Apply a small amount of LELO Personal Moisturizer to the leading edge of the bead(s) you intend to use. Start with one bead and gradually add more for increased resistance.

Step 2 – Engage

Lie on your back or stand with one knee raised. Gently insert the bead(s) into your vagina with a firm but gentle push. If using two beads with the silicone harness, insert the crown bead first, followed by the foundation bead.

Step 3 – Indulge

Move around to allow the beads to stimulate your muscles through subtle kinetic vibrations. This movement prompts your pelvic floor muscles to contract, providing an effective workout.
